Our Mission:
At KONY, we believe in cultivating the next wave of storytellers, visionaries, and cultural curators. The Creative Nexus Group (CNG) is an internship program for emerging creatives seeking hands-on experience in media, fashion, and culture and connecting like-minded individuals who want to push creative culture forward. It’s a collaborative space where innovation thrives, and fresh voices are amplified. Whether you’re a writer, creative strategist, content producer, or talent scout, CNG is an opportunity to work on real projects, build your portfolio, and be part of something bigger. Interns will also play a key role in curating Issue 07—KONY’s biggest issue to date—while working on social content, digital storytelling, and brand development.

Positions
Magazine Coordinators
Magazine Coordinators will work behind the scenes to keep projects on track and ensure the smooth execution of Issue 07. They will assist with logistics, organization, and communication between creative teams.
Ideal for: Organized creatives, project managers, and media coordinators
Talent Scouts
Talent Scouts will be responsible for discovering and spotlighting fresh, emerging creatives in fashion, photography, music, and media. They will seek out new voices and talents who align with KONY’s aesthetic and vision.

Creative Assistants
Creative Assistants play a key role in shaping the visual identity of KONY Magazine. From concept ideation to mood board curation, they will work alongside designers and photographers to bring compelling creative projects to life.

Content Producers
Content Producers will bring KONY’s visual storytelling to life through video, photography, and digital media. They'll help plan and create eye-catching content that captures the essence of KONY’s creative universe.

Social Strategists
Social Strategists will focus on expanding KONY’s digital presence by creating engaging content for Instagram, and other platforms. They will help shape KONY’s social media voice while ensuring content resonates with the audience.

Writers
Writers will contribute to editorial pieces, interviews, and deep dives that align with KONY’s tone and vision. They'll have the opportunity to explore fashion, music, art, and global creative movements while refining their storytelling skills.
